Chip on Board (COB) solutions give you more power in a flexible design. With chips bonded directly on a MCPCB in close configurations for increased efficiency, COB UV LEDs have the lowest thermal resistance for the best reliability on the market. Violumas light bars and arrays are suitable for both retrofit and new designs.

Ready for Plug and Play – COB modules are ready for plug and play with no soldering required. All Violumas COBs have built-in connectors for easy wiring and testing.

Protection from ESD – Every Violumas COB module includes TVS protection on the MCPCB to help control electrostatic discharge damage.

Easy Integration – COBs can be assembled in a modular fashion to allow for easy integration and testing without the need for a separate MCPCB.

Standard Heat Sink  – Violumas can provide a suitable heat sink for all standard COB modules so you can test without worrying about thermal management and decay.
