TE-Cooled Photovoltaic (Most Sensitive)

Our most sensitive device for thermal detection of objects at or near room temperature is the PDI-2TE-6. This is true because its 300K black body D*, is the highest of any of our devices. By way of comparison, we estimate D*(300K BB) for the PDI-2TE-6 in comparison to competing materials as follows:
